Stroke of Fear

Description of spell-  Fear is the one true enemy, but never forget an enemy can also be an ally.  The ritual of Stroke of Fear grants you the ability to cause unnatural fear in a foe. 

Equipment-  None 

Steps-  Perform 2012.

Meditate.

Scream as if afraid.

Pray.

Cast on enemy.

Tip: This spell will force your target to attempt to hide, run around in a panic, and generally inflict round time on its victim. If you intend to then attack your enemy after casting, keep in mind if your foe is trained in stealth, they will likely be successful at concealing themselves, and be difficult to locate. A good trick is to hit them with any spell that causes damage over time first, then force them to spend that time hiding in a panic, while the damage adds up.
