Light a red candle.  Meditate.

 

(1022) Spirit Shield - "... and as they destroyed his body, they failed to recognize the power of his spirit" -- The ritual of Spirit Shield will work to protect both your mind and body within combat.

Meditate while injured. Run your fingers through your hair. Make a blessing and look up towards Olympus.

 

(1023) Piety's Prayer - When all else has failed and your life - like your power - is waning, focusing your spirit in a plea to the Gods may aid you.  The Ritual of Piety's Prayer will attract your deity's attention and they may choose to save you - should your peril be great enough.

Bow in a holy place. Make a blessing and look up to Olympus. Meditate.
